Do you want to return an order?
Any user who purchases a product through our online store, can return the product within 14 calendar days. Our return policy is regulated by Law 3/2014 of March 27, article 71 on trade management. The product must be returned in the same conditions in which the product was sent.
How do I return an order?
To request the return you must notify your decision via email, sending an email to email@example.com
Payments received will be returned, including delivery costs to the initial shipping address. The refund will be made in the same means of payment used in the purchase and will be effective within a maximum period of 14 days once the product has been returned.
Returns of defective products
If you consider that the product is not the requested one, or it is damaged or the product received does not conform to the information that it indicates on our website you can return the product prior notification by email firstname.lastname@example.org of the product to which it refers and the damage of it.
The product can be returned by delivering it to a courier that we will send to your address when requesting the collection.
We will proceed to examine the returned product carefully and will notify you by e-mail within a reasonable period of time if the refund or replacement of the product (if applicable). The refund or replacement of the item will be made as soon as possible and, in any case, within 14 days from the date we send you an email confirming that the refund or replacement of the non-compliant item is appropriate.
